Wow so, much has happened in the last few chapters of the book.
As for the escape plan it had became a complete failure when Buck had woken up and realized what was going on. This lead to the shot towards Dexters shoulder arm. Bruce and Glenn the two brothers had made for a dash towards the road and after Buck knew dexter was still alive he told Rita not to let Marianne and Jesse and Dexter in the cabin as a punishment while he was gone and heading after the two teenagers Bruce and Glenn. Marianne still was able to convince Rita to let them in the cabin to heal Dexter before it was to late. When Jesse was healing Dexter she found out about his undeveloped arm and suddenly realized so much about Dexter and to finish without any words she kissed him. In the meantime all of the Parents where thinking and having flashbacks of their kids, even Mr. Crete the guardian and uncle of Dexter was thinking of him so much lately and was beginning to have a feeling something wasnt right. Ms. French also go to realize how Jesse was the opposite of her and was never going to be like her and she can't believe whats going on and how this kidnapping took place. Another thing was the article on the frontpage of the newspaper how Mr. Godfrey the missing bus driver was murdered and also showed an article of the missing school bus along the rio grande. Another thing was Mariannes dad Jack Paget wouldn't help pay for the ransom because as soon as he heard the word money he clicked. Also Rod Donavan scheduled a meeting to give the kidnappers their money (which he has not collected) hoping to see Marianne and set up a plan to get her back without the Ransom. Another incident that occured was when Buck was driving after Bruce to run him over Buck drove off the cliff. Bruce found out one thing about his superman brother Glenn that he wasnt the same person the person he thought he was this so called god. He was empty. And while Bruce is going down the cliff to help Buck or to see if he was still alive, Glenn was going to go to the town for help.

ransom
As i was reading ransom alot has happened so far from when we last left off. Almost all of the families have been notified of the ransom except from one family which hasnt even noticed his nephew has been kidnapped. But only two out of four families have came up with all the money and the kidnapper Buck wont settle until he is able to get all of the families ransoms which is 4 out of 4 familes with the ransom a total of 60 thousand dollars, 15 thousand each. they have also now found out that the original bus driver was killed in the beginning in order to make this whole kidnap going to make the substitute driver. This has gotten all of them thinking about the situation and what would happen to them expecially after what they did to the bus driver. Dexter one of the students that is kidnapped has now came up with a plan which he made aware of with all 5 of them students. They all are deciding to escape.

Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc
Geniustrine Strips
Do you ever get brain farts? Well our trusted client Bill Gates tried Geniustrine Strips for the first time and that day and work, he was able to overcome his brain farts and had genius ideas. He is now famous, which is why you should buy Geniustrine Strips today!
This demonstrates the fallacy of Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc; which is due to something, something else will happen.

Low-emission Engines for future hybrids
China is making quick changes to clean energy and investing considerable time and talent in new researches for green energy. Because they weren't aware of the ill effects of the use of fossil fuels, but now are beginning to pay attention to the environmental effects of the poisonous gases. So now china is working on a new type of internal combustion engines. They are also using new and more accurate computer models to assess the performance of the free-piston linear alternator.

Maya Angelou
I just read 2 chapters of a book written by Maya Angelou. What caught my eye was this short part, "Theresa, we don't mean to disturb you..." the man whispered, "but you all seem to be having such a good time..."
The woman added, "we hear you and your friends laughing every Saturday night, and we'd just like to watch you. We don't want to bother you. We'll be quiet and just watch."
The man said, "If you'll just leave your door ajar, your friends don't need to know. We'll never make a sound." Aunt Tee said she saw no harm in agreeing, and she talked it over with her company. They said it was OK with them, but it was sad that the employers owned the gracious house, the swimming pool, three cars, and numberless palm trees, but had no joy. Aunt Tee told me that laughter and relaxation had left the house; she agreed it was.
I think that was a lesson that money and power doesn't bring happiness and joy. you don't have to live wealthy and good to live well. Just to love life. Living life as art requires a readiness to forgive. We know nothing and we do not know what is going to happen next. Life is pure adventure, life is art. We don't know when are cars will fail or buses will stall or whether places of employment will still be there when we arrive. Life is a journey.

Next Reading Journal
As i continue to read ransom the students held for ransom have now reached a small crudest hunting lodge/cabin. It is located very high in the mountains and it is extremely cold. The cabin is only a bit warmer then the outside. Bruce is now very scared from his positive thinking. Bruce was glad that his brother glenn was not watching him since glenn was never afraid of anything. I also now see how happy and privilaged he feels to have a older brother like glenn and how much and what he thinks of him. And how he shouldn't make his brother ashamed of him.

The next reading journal.
As i continue reading my book "ransom" the kidnappers wife says something she says "Buck, you didn't have to-"..
he replied buy saying "....we're clear you an i...."
i wonder what she meant?
Im thinking it would not even be worth kidnapping only five kids if your in for money. Its not even worth it. But so far i have no idea where they are trying to go with this.
The next event is that Dexter (one of the students) is stuck and cannot move from his very difficult position that he had to stay in for 3 hours. He is scared that the kidnappers think he is lying, well thats wat im thinking. I wonder if he was scared that they were gonna kill him or something, but he wasnt lying. But he ends up getting help from bruce and glenn which help him to get in the cabin.
Thats were i came to and end..

Reading Journal #3
The latest for the book ransom that i'm reading is that the kidnapping continues to go on and the kidnappers won't stop at any point from this part on. One of the students just has been thinking for what ever in heavens sake will she do and if the kidnappers expect money how will her mom provide it as not so well of as she is at the point. Wondering if her father will come to her rescue. Wondering if her mother and father will reach out to one another and fall back in love with each other once again. After she was done thinking of her thoughts the bus came to a stop and the unknown kidnappers were asking for the students to hope on this station wagon that was also held to a hault. All of sudden each of the student began to try to stand up for themselves which failed and where moved to the back of the station wagon. heading to some unknown direction not knowing where they where heading i put the book down.
As more and more events occur i begin to wonder what will ever happen next. This book has gotten my attention and interest to each and every word of book. I wonder if the students will come out alive. Or what will happen later on in the story. if they will be rescued or if anyone realize they have been kidnapped?

Reading Journal #2
For this week i continued to read the same book which was "ransom"
In the part i just read was everything was going ok and each student was describing themselves on the bus. Knowing there was a substitue driver everyone of the kids was dropped off except the last 5 at the last drop off which was known as the rich area. They passed that dropp off and the driver continued to pick up some person he knew. After they picked him up those 5 students knew that they were KIDNAPPED.
This book so far seems pretty interesting and keeps me in the book everytime i open it. Just trying to figure out whats going to happen next

reading journal #3
I just finished reading breaking through.
the ending part of the book was the most interesting part of the entire book.
Francisco finished high school and now to go to college.
It was pretty good to hear that so many people helped support Francisco to attend college.
This book has showed me the true understanding and experience of immigration and how hard it is just reading through Fancisco's persperctive and what he had to go through for his freedom.
He never gave up and never lost hope.
This book Breaking Through was good.

Journal #2
The latest reading on Breaking Through by Francisco Jimenez I found out that Francisco had to spend most of his summer working as hard as he could picking strawberries in the heat and providing labor in such hours of work. I thought this was sad because from all the effort he does in school, which is one of his main priorities, he has to work during the summer which is the opposite of what I normally do because I have fun and relax. Through knowing that I feel bad for him especially since I hate working but I still do it to help out.
It is also saddning that the father had problems providing for his family because of back pain. But, luckily both sons were willing to help out and provide for their family however much they can.
So in the end of this portion of the book i thought that these few chapters were sad and also very interesting to read.

Breaking Through
I thought the book breaking through by Francisco Jimenez was kind of interesting because of the true events in the book and how immigration can be at times. Especially how immigration happens all the time and how we all witness and see immigrating. It was interesting to see what immigrating families go through because we normally see immigrants coming and going but not all the hard obstacles they have to go through to be free and filled with opportunities, we just often hear about immigration.
It also made it interesting on how a kid had to deal living like an adult and how tough that could have been especially not living wit your family. From the family all being together at once to another moment being by yourself just your older brother and you. The book was also interesting because i would just keep imagining on how I would've been able to manage living on my own, it probably would have been hard. I would wonder if i would miss my mom and dad and my family and just all the privliages i have at home and a good food and being able to afford nice things once and a while.
It was also very good that the entire family does make it over and come together as one again. Especially on them being seperated for so long just missing one another and hoping to get together soon. You could also see all the love that the held for one another when they seen each other again and knew that they were one again.
